The 1st transnational project meeting of the partnership went on in Corfu Old Town, between 07/10/2021 - 08/10/2021, hosted by CulturePolis. 

The topics discussed during the meeting were the followings:

1. Discussion on administrative issues (Google Drive use and determination to have online monthly meetings)
2. Monitoring the progress of the IO1 Implementation - discussion
3. Presentation of the Quality Assurance and Evaluation Plan
4. Presentation and Finalization of the Dissemination Plan
5. Presentation of the IO2 Implementation Plan
6. Risk assessment activity

Following 2 rounds of online kickoff meetings it was the first occasion for the partners to meet in person and get to know each other and also clarify  project tasks to be performed by each.
